Artemision Point is the northern region of Euboea, Greece. During the Peloponnesian War, the region was largely forested wilderness, inhabited by wild animals and ragtag groups of people.

Around 431 BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra was tasked by the leader of the Daughters of Artemis to hunt down legendary animals. One of them, the Hind of Keryneia, lived within the Artemision Point.[1]
