The Mytilenian Shark

The Mytilenian Shark (died 420s BCE) was a member of the Gods of the Aegean Sea branch of the Cult of Kosmos during the Peloponnesian War.

Biography

After his ship the Shark's Head was sunk, the Mytilenian Shark became the captain of The Eurybia.

However, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found the Shark's Head's remains, and within them she found a note revealing her former captain, as well as the crest of the Southern Sporades. These led her to find the Mytilenian Shark sailing south of Samos on the Eurybia. Battle followed, during which the Adrestia, commanded by Kassandra and captained by Barnabas, sank the Eurybia, and the Mytilenian Shark was slain.[1]
