Tekton was a Greek carpenter and a shipwright who lived during the 5th century BCE.

Around 431 BCE, he and his brother were sailing when pirates attacked their ship, killing most of the crew and taking Tekton's brother to their hideout. Tekton himself was shipwrecked on the shores of the Isle of Thisvi. Fortunately for Tekton, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found him and agreed to help him. In return for her aid, Tekton joined the crew of the Adrestia.[1]
