Phobos (deity)

Phobos is the Greek god of fear. He is a son of Ares and Aphrodite and often accompanies Ares during his wars, alongside his brother Deimos. Phobos is also found in the Roman mythology, under the names Timor, Timorus and Pavor.

He is the brother of Eros, Anteros, Adrestia, Deimos and Harmonia.

Trivia

In 431 BCE, the Spartan mercenary Kassandra had a horse named after the god.^[1]
