Petrified Valley is a vale which constitutes the western region of the island of Lesbos, Greece. It was the site of an ancient Isu temple which contained the Writhing Dread, a hybrid creature created as the Isu as part of their Olympos Project.

During the 5th century BCE, the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, explored the valley, aiding Bryce to her search for her lover, Ligeia.^[1]
