Pallas the Silencer (died 431 BCE) was the Spartan champion and a member of the Cult of Kosmos during the Peloponnesian War.

They were eventually hunted down and killed by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra.

Trivia

The name Pallas has been given two different etymologies, depending on gender: other claims it's a feminine name derived from the Greek word παλλακή (pallakḗ), meaning broadly 'young girl, maiden', and the other claiming that it's a masculine name, derived from the Greek word παλλω (pallo), which means 'to wield, to sway'.

It is also one of the many epithets of the goddess, Athena.
