Medusa

Medusa was a Gorgon who was slain by the Mycenaean founder Perseus with a Sword of Eden.^[1]

Greek legend popularly describes her as being previously a beautiful priestess before the God Of Sea Poseidon turned her beautiful hair into live, venomous snakes and a visage so monstrous that all who beheld it were turned into stone. Owing to her ferocity, a rare heavy weapon acquired by the Medjay Bayek in Cyrene in 47 BCE was named after her.^[2]
