Madame Charpentier was an French bird-keeper and an ally to the Paris Assassins during the Franco-Prussian War. During the war, she aided the Assassins by allowing Master Assassin Michel Moulin and British Assassin Simeon Price access to pigeon carriers. After the burning of Le Bourget, the madame allows the Assassins to intercept a coded message to French Templar Victoire L'Estocq from Templar Countess Konstanze von Visler about the next steps for France's new government.[1]
