Lagos the Archon was a Spartan politician and a member of the Cult of Kosmos, operating under the Peloponnesian League branch in Arcadia, Greece, during the Peloponnesian War.

Trivia

Lagos is a name derived from the Greek word λαγῶς (lagos) meaning 'hare', and colloquially 'coward'.
In the novel Lagos is killed by Myrrine and is the 36th of the 42 Cultists to die.
