Hildiran was a mysterious Norse woman who lived during the 9th century. She appeared after a meteor hit Ravensthorpe and taught Eivor about the art of Hugrheim.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Hildiran is a character introduced in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. She was added to the game with the new Mastery Challenge Update 1.2.2.

Her name may be a variation of the name Hildr, which means "battle". It was the name of a valkyrie in Norse mythology who appeared in the Hjaðningavíg legend.
