Danu

Danu is an Irish mother goddess of the Tuatha Dé Danann.

Influence

During the late 9th century, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan traveled to Ireland and encountered a Druidic cult known as the Children of Danu.^[1]
