Hytham was a Hidden One Acolyte who operated during the 9th century.

Biography

At the suggestion of Mentor Rayhan, Hytham accompanied his fellow Hidden One and Master Basim to Northern Europe to combat the Order of the Ancients.[1]

Sometime before 873 in Constantinople, Hytham and Basim met and befriended the Viking Sigurd Styrbjornson, the son of King Styrbjorn of Forberg. The two accompanied Sigurd back to Norway,[2] where they were introduced to Sigurd's adoptive younger sibling Eivor.[3]

Later on, Hytham and Basim accompanied the two siblings and their clan of Vikings as they left Norway to escape the endless war and dwindling resources. Arriving in the Ravensthorpe in England, the Hidden Ones convinced Eivor to build a bureau to serve as their base of operation to combat the Order of the Ancients in the region.[1]

Hytham is a character that appears in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. He lives at Eivor's settlement of Ravensthorpe and manages the bureau for the Hidden Ones' newest chapter. Eivor can meet with him to accept contracts on hunting members of the Order of the Ancients.[4]
