Ardos was a young Messaran boy who lived during the Peloponnesian War.

His father, Nikios, was an adventurer who attempted to enter the Labyrinth of Lost Souls beneath the Knossos Palace to steal a treasure belonging to the Minotaur. While waiting for him to return, Ardos met the Spartan misthios Kassandra, and asked her to see why his father was taking so long to return.[1]
