Petrified Valley is a vale which constitutes the western region of the island of Lesbos, Greece. The valley hid in its misty depths an ancient Isu temple which housed the Writhing Dread, a hybrid creature created by the Isu as part of their Olympos Project.
During the 5th century BCE the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the valley, aiding Bryce in her search for her lover, Ligeia.[1]
