Queen Pasiphae was the queen-wife of king Minos in Knossos, Krete, according to Greek mythology.
Biography
Cursed by the gods to fall in love with a bull, the queen ordered the inventor Daidalos to make a special cow suit for herself. This dalliance resulted in the birth of the Minotaur.[1]
