Lake Abythos: Difference between revisions

Lake Abythos is the only lake on the Greek island of Kephallonia. Situated near the ancients ruins of the city Pronnoi, the lake is said to be so deep that it has led many to believe that it has no bottom.

During the 5th century BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra, explored the lake.^[1]
