Kyllene was a seaport town situated on the western coast of Elis, Peloponnese,Greece, serving as a base for the Elian fleet. The town was home to cults of Aphrodite, Asklepios and Hermes.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, escorted Testikles to the town in order to take part in the upcoming games in Olympia.
