Epiktetos the Forthcoming (died 431 BCE) was a member of The Silver Vein, a branch of the Cult of Kosmos, who lived during the Peloponnesian War.
Formerly a shipbuilder[1], Epiktetos was present in a cult meeting in 431 BCE, where a fellow member, Elpenor, was discovered dead with a traitor amongst their ranks. Deimos demanded the members to touch an artifact in the cave which let him look into their memories.[2]
Epiktetos was later singled out as the traitor by Deimos, who had earlier spared his sister and Elpenor's killer, Kassandra, and was beaten to death by Deimos.[2]
