The Battle of Pylos was a battle fought between Sparta and Athens in Messenia, Peloponnese in 425 BCE. The Cult of Kosmos was involved in the battle, sending Deimos to fight for the Athenians.

The misthios Kassandra fought for Sparta during the conflict on the request of Brasidas.

The battle
