Stentor was the adopted son of Nikolaos of Sparta who lived during the 5th century BCE.
In 431 BCE, he fought alongside his father during the blockade of Megaris. In this same campaign, he met Kassandra who, unbeknownst to him, was Nikolaos' step-daughter.[1]
