Simeon Price was a member of the British Brotherhood of Assassins who operated during the 19th century. A former soldier of the British Army, he was part of the 74th Regiment of Foot dispatched to Africa to participate in the eight war against the Xhosa Kingdom. He was a childhood friend of mathematician Ada Lovelace
