―Silanos of Paros[src]

Silanos of Paros (died 420s BCE) was a member of the Cult of Kosmos, during the Peloponnesian War.

Biography

Silanos was sent by the Cult to eliminate Myrrine as part of their quest to eliminate King Leonidas' bloodline. To get close to her, he eliminated the leader of the neighboring island of Paros and took his place, he then took money from an Olympic champion so he could afford an army big enough to invade Naxos, which was under the leadership of Myrrine. [citation needed]

He was eventually hunted down and killed by the Spartan misthios Kassandra over the course of her quest to destroy the Cult. [citation needed]

Trivia

  • In the novel Silanos dies from losing his lower half when thrown from his ship after being rammed by the Adrestia. He lives just long enough to realize his entrails are being eaten by fish before succumbing.
