"Let no man be called happy before his death. Till then, he is not happy - only lucky."
―Rhexenor, c. 424 BCE

Rhexenor the Hand (died c. 424 BCE) was an Athenian strategos who lived during the Peloponnesian War. A member of the Delian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos, he served under Kleon, the Sage of the Delian League.

He was eventually killed by the Spartan misthios Kassandra in her quest to destroy the Cult.[1]
