The sunken remains of the temple

The Poseidon's Fury was a sunken ruin located north of the city of Patrai, Achaia during the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found the ruins and claimed the treasures within, among them a figurehead featuring an eagle for the ship Adrestia.[1]
