Orneos was an Athenian man, and the little brother of Davos, living during the 5th century BCE.

Around 431 BCE, Davos and Orneos were banished from Athens after claims of being "frauds". Unfortunately, the ship they were sailing in was seized by the pirates working for the Cyclops of Kephallonia, and Orneos was imprisoned in Kleptous Bay, while Davos got away. Sometime later, the misthios Kassandra found him and freed him.[1]
