Neokles was the general of the Athenian elite guard during the Peloponnesian War. He was assigned as a captain to the garrison that was being targeted by the Spartans and resistance, who tasked Kassandra with dealing with them. Upon reaching him, Kassandra was giving the option to recruit him to her crew.[1]
