Full view of the ruins

Kynthos Ruins were the ruins of an ancient Greek settlement located on the slopes of Mount Kynthos on the Greek island of Delos.

During the Peloponnesian War the ruins had been turned into a farm by the Delians, save for a part occupied by a detachment of Athenian troops. Kyra, the leader of the Silver Islands' rebels, tasked the Spartan misthios Kassandra to cripple the Athenian forces by destroying their weapons and supplies, specifically in the Kynthos Ruins.[1] While there, Kassandra also discovered one of the Ainigmata Ostraka.[2]

The ruins also contained the tomb dedicated to Brizo, a goddess.[3]
