- "Know this place, Ikaros? It's where Lykomedes threw Theseus to his death."
- ―Kassandra[src]
Hero's Fall was a rock cliff located in the Boulder Bay on the Greek island of Skyros.
It was thus named, for according to legend, it's where the king Lykomedes threw down the mythical hero and Athenian king Theseus. [1]
During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra climbed to the rock arch and took in the view.[1]
Trivia
- In Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, the place serves as a viewpoint.
