Gotarzes was a pirate and the younger brother of Xenia who lived during the 5th century BCE.

At some point during the Peloponnesian War, after his ship was marooned on a small island near Keos, Gotarzes' crew members mutinied against him and attempted to eliminate him. The Spartan misthios Kassandra found and rescued Gotarzes, returning him to Koressia in Keos, to the delight of Xenia.[1]
