Gorgon Disk

The Gorgon Disk was an Isu artifact which was used to gain access to the Petrified Temple, housing the Writhing Dread in Lesbos, Greece. By the 5th century BCE, the disk was kept by the Daughters of Artemis in their hideout on Chios until it was recovered by the Spartan misthios Kassandra in 429 BCE.

Trivia
