Basim was a member of the Hidden Ones who operated during the 9th century.
Sometime in the mid-870s CE, he met Sigurd Styrbjornson in Constantinople and befriended him. In time, Sigurd brought him over to Norway, where he met Sigurd's adoptive younger sibling, Eivor.[1] While in Norway, he was influential in helping convince the Norsemen of the Raven Clan to relocate from the endless wars and food shortages, and told Eivor of a greater conspiracy by a hidden enemy to control the Norse as well as all of England.[2]
Trivia
