William Niblo (1790 – 1878) was an Irish-born American businessman, and the owner and manager of the theater Niblo's Garden in New York City.

In July 1863, Niblo's Garden hosted the Italian opera singer Adelina Patti. On the night of her performance, William nervously interacted with Adelina in her dressing room, attempting to settle the financial arrangements for her performance.
