Village of Dumnonia

The Village of Dumnonia was a small Anglo-Saxon village build along the River Exe in the northern part of the region, east of the Fortress on the Exe. It consisted of four houses and was surrounded by many flower fields.

In the 9th century, it was raided multiple times by the Vikings Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan, Vagn, and her longship crew.[1]
