Ameen (died 861) was a street thief who was part of Dervis' network in Anbar during the 9th century. He was one of the older thieves alongside Basim ibn Ishaq.

In 861, Ameen injured his knee while performing an errand for Dervis, and was told by Basim to wrap it and rest for a few days. When Basim came to report to Dervis for a new assignment for the Hidden Ones, Ameen met him outside the house, reporting about the status of his knee. When he asked Basim about his familiarity with injuries, Basim replied about learning to prevent them and encouraged him to learn as well. When Basim asked about replacing his worn sandals, Ameen cheekily talked about stealing them from mosques. Basim laughed it off, stating that the matter would be between Ameen and Allah.
