Roman Double-Headed Eagle Insignia

So, I added an insignia that's present in the Assassin Tombs of AC 2 and it was removed under the pretext that it wasn't actively confirmed. I have an issue with this since the Mayan Brotherhood's Insignia works the same way. I also feel like it's presence in the main game makes it canon by default. I agree with this. We don’t really seem to actually differentiate between “official” and “stylized”. If there is an in universe crest that is unique from other crests shown I’d say that merits its inclusion. I mean we also include the impression in the sand, this is at least more official than that and Cross’s tattoo feels more stylized than official. My main concern would be trying to get a better quality image but otherwise what was posted should work. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 02:32, 25 January 2023 (UTC)

Aveline's insignia

I'm curious why I can't seem to find Aveline de Grandpré's insignia anywhere on the English language site. It's on the French Louisiana Assassins page and the Russian Assassin Symbol page, but not on the English versions of Aveline's or the Louisiana Brotherhood's pages. I know it used to be here because I downloaded the image a few years back, which is how I found the French and Russian sites that still have it through an image search. —unsigned comment by Morgan-wolf (talk · contr) 23:35, 18 October 2023‎ (UTC)

You won't find that image in this wiki because it isn't official. That's fanart, hence why it's been taken down here. Thanks for the headsup on the french wiki though, I'll let them know too! - Soranin (talk) 02:14, 19 October 2023 (UTC)

Ahh. I had wondered about those files, that would explain a lot. Even if the Louisianan branch is apparently separate from the wider American chapter, I couldn't see any crest of that sort on Aveline's clothes or in game screenshots. – Darman (talk) 03:30, 19 October 2023 (UTC)

I thought the design was on her bracer in-game. None of the screen shots I can find give a clear view. I guess that gives me an excuse to fire the game up and see if I can get a better look :-) --Morgan-wolf (talk) 00:26, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
