Rhodri ap Merfyn (c. 820 – 878), later known as Rhodri the Great, was King of Gwynedd in 844, and later Powys and Seisyllwg. In various histories, he was referred to as the King of Wales.
Behind the scenes
Rhodri the Great is a character that appears in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. He is voiced by Welsh actor Paul Amos, who voiced Jacob Frye in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.[1]
