The Lake House

The Lake House was an old house by a lake in Essexe, England.

History

In 875, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan rescued an injured Alfida from the Brentwood Outpost and carried her to the Lake House. After Alfida had taken some rest, Eivor and Eluric came to check on her well-being. Eivor then let Alfida know of Birstan's desire to be with her once more. Elated, Alfida later lit a beacon, and Birstan came to meet his lost love. Birstan opened his home and life in Colcestre to both Alfida and Eluric, who agreed, as Birstan and Alfida rejoiced with one another.[1]
