Alexandre Douce was a Hidden one from who operated in the Carolingian Empire during the late 9th century.[1]

During the mass departure of the Hidden Ones from the Roman Empire's provinces of Britannia and Gaul, a few Hidden Ones opted to remain behind. By the 9th century, ALexandre was likely one of those who inherited the mantle passed down by those who had decided to stayed and dedicated themselves to keeping the former bureaus in Paris and the surrounding cityside safe.[2]

During her time in Francia, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan received quests from Reda, one of these quests was a request from Alexandre Douce. He wanted eivor to assassinate a target to help him expand his influence within the region.[2]

Behind the scenes

The title of the reda quest "Pagus Pinciacensis" is in reference to a region of the Merovingians dynasty in the 5th century, it would have been a part of the city of paris during the 8th century.

The sentance "Alexandre douce, member of the hidden ones opperating in the Pagus Pinciacensis" is a little unclear. Either Alexandre is a hidden one whos specificly opperating within the Pagus Pinciacensis or hes a part of a group of hidden ones in the Pagus Pinciacensis. If the ladder is true it might be he was in contact with Abbo of Cernuus.

Alexandre Douce may be in reference to Game Economy Designer Alexandre douce who worked on Assassin's creed: valhalla
