Depleted Quarry Hideout was a bandit hideout south of the market place of Giza, Egypt, during the 1st century BCE.

In 48 BCE, some dissatisfied 'customers' of Mered the merchant presumably stole Mered's horse and took it to the quarry. Mered asked the Medjay Bayek of Siwa to retrieve the steed, in return for information on the member of the Order of the Ancients member known as The Hyena.^[1]
