Most of the game will take place in 2012 in upstate New York where the coordinates at the end of Da Vinvi Dissapearence is revelead. At the end of Revelations, it zooms into a cave. This is where Desmond will go into. Most of the game will be trying to find clues on how to stop the world from ending on December 21st, 2012.

Assassin's Creed III is an upcoming game being developed by Ubisoft. The game is set be released in 2012,[1] and will have a new setting and will feature a new protagonist, instead of Altaïr or Ezio.[2]
