Assassin's Creed 5: El Cakr is the fifth volume of the Assassin's Creed comic series published by Les Deux Royaumes, originally released in French on 31 October 2013, after the official release of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
Assassin's Creed 5: El Cakr focuses on the story of Jonathan Hawk and continues on from Assassin's Creed 4: Hawk, as he explores the memories of his ancestor Numa Al'Khamsin, also known as "El Cakr", a member of the Egyptian Brotherhood of Assassins during the mid-14th century.
Plot
While Jonathan Hawk, the successor of Desmond Miles, unmasks the traitor who has infiltrated his cell, his ancestor El Cakr began a struggle against the Templars for the possession of the Scepter of Aset.
