Assassin's Creed: Victory is the upcoming ninth main installment in the Assassin's Creed series. The conceptual title and screenshots of the game were first leaked on 2 December 2014, following which Ubisoft acknowledged the leaked assets as genuine.
As can be deduced from the leaked images, the game will be set in 19th century London, during the Victorian era. The leaked information also unveiled that the new Assassin protagonist will be equipped with a new tool, the Grappling Hook, allowing the assassin to go vertical and that he will also have the opportunity to buy hats while fleeing pursuers in order to better blend into crowds.[1]
On 7 May, Ubisoft released a short video teasing a future announcement for 12 May and featuring the protagonist's hands, equipped with the traditional Assassin Hidden Blade, a brass knuckle, a miniaturized cannon on the upper side of his reinforced gauntlet and what appears to be a sword cane.[2]
