Assassin's Creed: Revelations soundtrack

The Assassin's Creed: Revelations soundtrack is a collection of music tracks written by Danish composer Jesper Kyd and Scottish composer Lorne Balfe that were used as background music in Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Balfe, with producer Hans Zimmer, scored the music for cutscenes and multiplayer, while Kyd composed most of the music for the gameplay elements. It was released digitally on November 15, 2011.

Trivia

• Only Disc 1 of the soundtrack was included with the Signature Edition of Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
• Despite the length of the soundtrack, a few pieces of music were not released. These include music from the memories "A Hard Ride" and "End of the Road", Den Defense gameplay, and "Party Hard" from the fourth memory of Desmond's Journey.
• In early September 2011, Ubisoft partnered with the music-recording website UJAM and held a singing contest to determine a vocalist for the main theme of Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Participants could submit one entry per person until September 19th. Entries were judged based on community votes, with the top 20 submissions advancing to a jury consisting of Zimmer, Balfe, and Ubisoft's music producer, Simon Landry. The winner was 18-year-old Madeline Bell, who was credited in the game and the music album.
