An upcoming Webtoon named Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple will follow the story of Welsh Assassin Edward Kenway after the events of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. It is scheduled for a 2023 release date.[1][2]
Development
In April 2021, the new webtoon was announced alongside eight other future Assassin's Creed projects. Game Informer reported that the comic will expand on the story of Edward Kenway following the events of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. It would also be part of the new Ubisoft collection of 'Chronicles', new adventures featuring familiar faces.[2] Ubisoft's official site notes that the webtoon will contain 3 seasons of 50 episodes.[3]
on april 4th 2023 it was revealed the webtoon was named Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple and that the first 6 episodes of 150 would release on the 24th of april 2023.
