William King "Bill" Harvey (1915 – 1976) was the director of the Central Intelligence Agency who founded the Bloodstone Unit in the Assassin Brotherhood led by Boris Pash. After secretly defecting to the Templar Order, he performed as a double agent within the brotherhood.

Biography

In November 1963, after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Harvey met with the Assassin Alekseï Gavrani, who handed him the president's Apple of Eden to keep safe. Gavrani however, was unaware of Harvey's true allegiance.[1]

Months later, Harvey ordered a young Warren Vidic to take care of a heavily pregnant and injured Assassin Zenia aboard the USS Maddox.[2]
