Assassin's Creed: Infinity is an upcoming game hub for the Assassin's Creed series expected to coincide with the launch of Assassin's Creed: Shadows in 2024. It will be a live-service platform which hosts the modern day storyline, serve as an entry point to the wider franchise for newcomers and eventually span numerous historical settings and incorporate multiplayer.

Development
The conceptual title of the platform was first leaked on 7 July 2021 and reported by Bloomberg,[1] following which Ubisoft acknowledged the leaked project as genuine.[2] During an earnings call in October, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that Infinity will not be a free-to-play title.[3] During the 2022 Assassin's Creed Ubisoft Forward showcase, Marc-Alexis Côté clarified that Infinity would not be a game but a hub for all future games in the series as a starting point for players and would facilitate multiplayer in the future. Infinity will operate in-universe as an Animus for players to operate as they navigate the different time periods.[4]
