Aneksi was the wife of the Egyptian nomarch Tefibi III. Together, they had a son named Ma'nakhtuf.

After her death, she was mummified and placed in a sarcophagus before being buried in a chamber in Tefibi's tomb in the Black Desert. Years later in the mid-1st century BCE, her sarcophagus was found by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, situated next to the sarcophagus of Ma'nakhtuf.
