Medon (died c. 48 BCE) was the leader of the Ptolemic forces at Pissa Oros Citadel, in the Isolated Desert, Egypt, during the 1st century BCE.
Around 48 BCE, during a raid on the rebel camp at Theos Elpis Rift, Medon noticed the child, Istellah, with a great shield she'd taken from the ruined temple of Alexander the Great. Istellah refused to give it to Medon, so Medon took her and the shield with him to Pissa Oros.[1]
According to Sebni, a rebel from Remetch Ra, Medon was "angry bald man, surrounded by bodyguards." That was a description the Medjay Bayek of Siwa agreed with when he hunted down Medon, and killed him and his bodyguards.[1]
Trivia
