History
In 875, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan rescued an injured Alfida from the Brentwood Outpost and carried her to the Lake House. After Alfida had taken some rest, Eivor and Eluric came to check on her well-being. Eivor then let Alfida know of Birstan's desire to be with her once more. Elated, Alfida later lit a beacon outside the house to signal Birstan to come and meet her. Within a moment, Birstan met with Alfida, who was thrilled at their second chance together.
