Iskender was the Mentor of the Egyptian Assassins during the Renaissance, and a descendant of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad.

His Assassins located one of the Memory Seal in Alexandria, and with the help of the Turkish Assassins, were able to secure them before the Templars did.

In 1511, he was arrested and detained in Alexandria, and was put up for execution. However, he was rescued by Assassin recruits from Constantinople, sent by Ezio Auditore.
